Your fitness roadmap

I’ve developed a meticulously crafted, comprehensive six-step process that acts as your personal roadmap, guiding you steadily towards your fitness goals.

Consultation

We’ll begin with a comprehensive understanding of your history, goals, and lifestyle. This will be done through a phone call together where not only I’ll be able to learn about yourself, but you’ll also learn more about myself, as I feel this is important as we’ll be working closely together to get you your goals!

02.

Set-Up On The Private App

Following the consultation, I’ll send you through the emails to get you all set-up and ready to start training! The app will only take about 10 minutes to get ready, and I’ll be getting your programme all ready for you to start.

Tracking Set-Up

Depending on what the goal is you have, there’ll be multiple ways of tracking your progress towards it. What we’ll do in this stage is get the best method for you. Whether that’s using the scales, progress photos, seeing weights increase, or even just off feeling more energetic, there’s a method for everyone!

Personalised Programme

Based off of your goals from the consultation, I will go and design a programme for you tailored to your specific needs and wants. Plus over time we’ll discover what movements you like more than others so that helps for future blocks down the line.

Nutrition Guidance

Again, based of the consultation, together we’ll work out the best for you to stay on top of your nutrition. Whether that’s monitoring calories, food journals, or more mindful eating, we’ll work together to make it the most sustainable method.

Ongoing Support + The Academy

One thing I’ve found with most online options is that they don’t offer anything outside of the training and nutrition. However, with my online courses, you will learn so much more in your own time, such as how to train during the menstrual cycle, how to change food habits, training for an event, and so much more!
